1. ELIGIBILITY:
All artists wishing to sell their handcrafted goods can participate in our festivals.
2. LOCATION:
Doudna Fine Arts Center on the campus of Eastern Illinois University.
3. FESTIVAL DATES AND TIMES:
– 3.1 Holiday Fest
• Thursday, December 4, 4:00pm - 7:00pm
• Friday, December 5, 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Saturday, December 6, 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Sunday, December 7, 10:00am - 6:00pm
– 3.2 Spring Fest
• Thursday, April 23, 12:00pm - 7:00pm
• Friday, April 24, 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Saturday, April 25, 10:00am - 7:00pm
4. VENDOR TIMELINE:
- 4.1 Holiday Fest
• Application deadline: Monday, December 1, 2025.
• Drop-off/set-up: Thursday, December 4, 2025, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
• Teardown: Begins no sooner than 6:00pm on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
• Consignment pick-up: Tuesday, December 9, 1:00pm - 5:00pm.
– 4.2 Spring Fest
• Application deadline: Monday, April 20, 2026.
• Drop-off/set-up: Thursday, April 23, 2026, 8:00am - 11:30am.
• Teardown: Begins no sooner than 7:00pm on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

5. ARTIST SALE OPTIONS:
– 5.1 Holiday Fest: 100% of the art vendor fee will go towards student scholarships within the Department of Art + Design. The 10% commission charge covers staffing costs associated with the consignment sales.
• Booth location: These are 10'x10' areas on the Doudna Fine Arts Center's Concourse. Artists purchasing booth locations are required to be present during the open festival hours.
• Consignment: This sale type allows the artist to drop off their work (labeled and priced) for the festival staff to sell. Artists participating in the consignment sales are not required to be present during festival hours and will receive a summary sheet indicating the results of their sales upon picking up their work. Consignment artists will receive a check less 10% for all works sold within approximately four weeks of the sale. Each artist may submit up to 100 works for consignment. If you select this sale type, you will receive more detailed instructions prior to drop-off.
–5.2 Spring Fest: All fees for this festival go towards covering the costs associated with the festival.
• Outdoor Booth: 12'x12' outdoor grass location near the Doudna Fine Arts Center.
• Indoor Booth: 10'x10' indoor concrete location within the Doudna Fine Arts Center.
