It is paramount that all FSL Chapter Philanthropy Events be registered for a number of reasons: Record of events, logging of hours, contact information, benefiting organization(s), etc. By submitting this MachForm, you and your organization provide information that sets you apart from others in regards to recognition, news and media coverage, and other opportunities that may follow, benefiting your chapter brand to the local and inter/national community. By filling out this form, you also understand that the Philanthropy events must be alcohol and drug-free. All registered student organizations under Fraternity & Sorority Life are subject to the 杏吧原创Student Code of Conduct and policies provided by the Fraternity & Sorority Life staff.
