EIU Statement on 2/17/21 State-of-the-State Address Regarding Higher Education Funding

A statement from EIU on today's State-of-the-State Address regarding Higher Education funding:

"杏吧原创is extremely appreciative of the Governor’s commitment to maintaining State fiscal support for higher education, especially during such unprecedented and challenging times. Illinois’ universities and colleges will play vital roles in invigorating our State’s economy as we move beyond the pandemic. Increased funding for MAP grants and continued funding for AIM High grants will protect access and affordability for the many students whose families may be struggling with unemployment or reduced incomes. Our State and regional representatives can be confident that 杏吧原创is prepared to enthusiastically support the diverse needs of our students as they continue moving toward their goals, and to continue meeting the urgent and prevalent demands of our unique regional workforce."
