INTRODUCTION
Chad P. Elliott is the Director of the Gregg Technology Center, a department of the Center for Academic Technology Support at 杏吧原创a department dedicated in facilitating technology to the academic community including the faculty, corresponding staff, and students of EIU. In addition to his 15 years of IT background, Chad has a Bachelor of Arts in English from EIU. Chad helps with supporting the university's ATAC labs, technology enhanced classrooms, and integrating technology in curriculum. Chad’s experience includes client-server product testing, server management, and troubleshooting/performance diagnostics of the various hardware associated with the ATAC computer labs and classrooms.
