The Office of International Programming and University Resources (IPUR) is committed to enhancing the academic, social, and cultural success of international students at Eastern Illinois University. Through intentional programming, campus partnerships, and holistic support services, IPUR fosters an inclusive and engaging environment where students from all backgrounds can thrive.
Our mission is to empower international students to succeed and persist by providing accessible resources in wellness, career development, cultural integration, and community engagement. We aim to support the whole student—academically, personally, and professionally—while promoting global citizenship and lifelong connections to the university.
